1. How to buy 

You can purchase directly through our website. 

If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please message us on Facebook OR email [email protected] with 1) Item name, 2) Quantity, 3) Your Shipping Address and we’ll calculate your total purchase.

You can then transfer your payment to us and we'll email you the invoice within 24 hours after receiving your payment.

2. Shipping area, frequency and duration

We ship worldwide!

We post once every week, typically on Wednesday!

Local shipping (within SG): your item will take 3-5 business days to reach you

International shipping: your item will take 6-14 business days to reach you

3. Shipping method and charges

A. Local Shipping (within Singapore)

By default, we deliver via SingPost Normal Mail.

Shipping is FREE for all local orders!

B. International Shipping (Worldwide)

By default, we deliver via SingPost Registered Mail. Item tracking is available for this.

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout as this is dependent on the final weight of all items. As a gauge, our shipping rate typically starts from SGD $7 onwards.

**Jolly Paper Goods will not be responsible for items lost during the shipping process so we strongly recommend using Registered Mail!** 

4. Returns and exchanges 

We don’t do refunds or exchanges. But if you have any issues with your order, please drop us a message!
